We are a down-to-earth legal practice that leverages technology to provide our clients access to their attorney as much as possible. The practice manager is David Hernandez.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Illinois Wesleyan University where he was conferred a Bachelor or Arts in Economics and a minor in finance. He also completed graduate studies at Chicago's University of Illinois John Marshall Law School, where he was an Order of the Coif Nominee and a moot court semi-finalist. David is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter ("CPCU") and is an Associate in Reinsurance ("ARe") he is also an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker and is pursuing a Certified International Property Specialist ("CIPS") to service the needs of his international clientele.

We are not a bankruptcy "factory" or a national bankruptcy law firm franchise.  We provide our services strictly on a client-to-attorney basis and you will never interact with paralegals.  We focus strictly on property and asset-related matters, particularly bankruptcy, and can provide solid attorney representation for you throughout Illinois.
