For Sellers of residential real estate, an attorney can review your title for liens, set tax prorations, obtain required certificates, obtain releases and draft letters of attornment, if necessary. A real estate attorney will also negotiate any requested credits for repairs with the buyer and suggest any appropriate revisions to the contract.  If you live in a property with a HOA, we can secure the required 22.1 disclosure documents from your association.
